I made a mystical human, but I have to wait till her name appears on the character thing in the rules section before I can play her, right?

Nope. After you make your post in the joining section, go ahead and start playing. I'm afraid you'll find the mystical humans portion quite boring... The member that was supposed to be in charge of it, left. I was planning on deleting it once I am done with some other things, and was able to tune up the site like I have planned.
